Does Sarko Beauty have a return policy or exchange policy?

Hair Extensions

Yes, we are glad to offer a return policy and exchange policy on unopened hair extensions within 7 days of you receiving your order. Sarko Beauty is proud of our low return rate based on the premium human hair extensions that we provide. Although, we understand that at times a refund or exchange is necessary. Please understand that we do not offer refunds on opened packages, worn, or tampered items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  

NO CANCELLATIONS are permitted outside of 24 hours as our design team begins production immediately after an order is placed. IF under rare extraneous  circumstances we agree to a cancellation outside of 24 hours, the buyer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee of the product's retail value. 

Buyer is responsible for their country's custom/duty fees. Buyer's refusal to pay custom/duty fees means that postal service will not release package and return to sender. This is deemed as a cancellation and buyer is responsible for 25% restocking fee.

*The MAIN sealed package of your Remy Human Hair extensions set CANNOT be opened or the refund is VOID and ineligible
*You will receive a separate TESTER hair sample package which is allowed to be opened and must be returned in same condition
*When we receive the returned item we'll do a full inspection to deem if the item meets all conditions for refund

 

Hair Toppers

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy and exchange policy on unopened hair toppers within 7 days of receiving your order. Sarko Beauty is proud of our low return rate based on the premium human hair toppers that we provide. Although, we understand that at times a refund or exchange is necessary. Please understand that we do not offer refunds on opened packages, custom orders, worn, or tampered items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
